Ordinary API requests pass through the TLS gateway in memory. This is not end-to-end confidential execution. Customer-side files, weights and application storage remain your responsibility.

Data handling by feature

Routing and metering: Model and machine IDs, status, token counts and timings, with no prompt or output text. Routing logs are deleted after 90 days by default; usage records are kept for your usage history.
Saved Playground sessions: When you explicitly save a hosted Playground conversation, its message content is stored. Session expiry and deletion govern retention; pinned sessions can remain longer.
Encrypted private jobs: This separate job flow retains encrypted payloads. Default payload retention: 30 days. After 90 days the job's webhook URL is hashed; the job record is kept. Retention settings can vary.

Never a shared pool.
Your API key routes only to account-owned machines. A machine-scoped key narrows that set; an unscoped key can reach all of them. There is no third-party provider fallback.

You own the hardware. Account and organization permissions control API access; a machine-scoped key can narrow routing further. B3IQ engineers operate the hosted infrastructure. Document the access and storage requirements for your deployment with us.
