Can we run it in our own building instead?
Yes — ship-to-you is a checkout option on every build. Most regulated teams keep the machine in our facility for the redundant power, physical security, and insurance.
Are you HIPAA or SOC 2 certified?
We don't wave certificates at you. Single-tenant hardware you own removes the shared-infrastructure questions most reviews stall on; bring your security questionnaire to the call and we'll go through it line by line.
