Common questions

Who owns the hardware, us or the client?

Either works. Most agencies own the machine and rebill hosting; some clients buy it outright with the agency operating it. We'll structure it on the call.

What happens when a client leaves?

The machine is an asset, not a contract. Point it at the next client's workload, or sell it on the open market.

How do we manage five client machines?

One dashboard, per-machine API keys, per-machine usage and logs. Each client's models and traffic stay on their machine.
